Terms and Policy

1. We 'Dhuhaz' will only send item within minima 3 days after payment recognition process.
2. All orders from Peninsular Malaysia will be process within 3days working day.
3. All orders from Sabah / Sarawak will be process within 7days working day.
4. All orders from International will be process within 14 days working day.
5. Please do note,  All orders that have been pickup to courier can't be request for cancelation or refund within delivering.
6. All products have been inspects before delivering have been made.
7. Please do mention in comments section if there is special request for your orders.
8. Any Damage after parcel have been received should be reported with picture as soon as its been delivered to our emails dhuhazagro@gmail.com.
9. Only report with picture on the time will be consider as 'Parcel Failure' within 3 days after parcel have been received.
10. Pre-Orders items will be process within 7days as prior notices.
11. Any 'Money Transfer' transactions that have been made should be noted back with transactions slips and details needed. Fail to attached will be make your orders to be delay process.
12. Any issues, please do noted our team and we will assist you within 24 hour after issues have been created.
